I actually welled up here in the office when I watched this video of the incredible display of sportsmanship that went down when Western Oregon's Senior softballer Sara Tucholsky hit her first career homerun in a conference championship game, only to blow out her knee as she rounded first base. Portis, running back for the Washington Redskins, on national TV said he saw nothing wrong with Vick's involvement in pro dog fighting. ESPN true to its fans, has a major story on this scandal.

The Israeli baseball league will be formally launched at a press conference in New York on Monday evening. In addition to Blomberg, former professional Jewish players Ken Holtzman and Art Shamsky will also come to Israel to manage three of the league's six teams. The league will begin play in June.

This guy was actually pretty nimble. I've seen some where they get tackled the second they hit the field. He seriously fakes out the security guards though. Real funny, worth the watch.
